The Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival held on earlier this month on October 5-9, 2022 was a celebration of life. Delicious tastings offered by local restaurants and winemakers was a celebration of the senses. The event had an outdoors cocktail party vibe and featured local and world renowned chefs offering delicacies from Wagyu to Toro. Attendees feasted on an array of decorative foods and tasty spirits against the backdrop of the casually elevated Tivoli Village of Summerlin, NV.

SS23 BESFXXK collection was inspired by clothing items itself. The fashion house dresses famous faces in Korea and now a cult-favorite, they showcased experimental and deconstructed pieces crossing between luxury and streetwear. Sold online and at Bergdorf Goodman, their focus on sustainability and deconstructing a selection of specific garments and turning them into one-of-a-kind pieces was a showstopper at NYFW. This season, BESFXXK deconstructed and reconstructed some good old classics like 60’s balloon skirts, smoking blazers and trench coats.

Today, Kansas voters said “NO” on the “Value Them Both” or “Kansas No State Constitutional Right to Abortion and Legislative Power to Regulate Abortion Amendment,” preventing the state legislature from abandoning long-recognized precedent on abortion protections enshrined in the state constitution and banning a woman’s right over her own body.


“The Supreme Court got it wrong and today voters made sure their reproductive rights are protected in Kansas,” says Women’s March Action Founder and Executive Director Emiliana Guereca.

Although the Emancipation Proclamation ended slavery in 1863, it would take two more years for this news to reach the deepest parts of the South.
